Our ticketing platform strives to provide the best customer experience. However, please note that the refund policy is determined by the event organisers and not by our platform. In most cases, refunds will not be issued unless stated otherwise by the event organiser.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, ticket holders will have the option to either receive a refund or transfer their ticket to the new event date. If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 14 business days.
If an event is not cancelled or rescheduled and a refund is requested, it will be subject to the discretion of the event organiser and may not be granted. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution that meets your needs.
Please note that admin fees and payment charges will not be refunded; only the ticket price will be reimbursed if successful in a refund request.
