1. Event Creation and Management: Organisers are responsible for creating, managing, and updating their events on the platform. We ask that you provide accurate and complete information to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If an organiser needs to cancel or reschedule an event, they must first seek approval from the Lybertine admin team. If an event has not sold any tickets, organisers may cancel the event without approval. Please note that there might be a fee applied to cover any costs incurred by the platform due to the cancellation.
3. Refunds: Organisers determine their refund policy, which must be clearly stated during the event creation process. In the case of an event cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will have the option to receive a refund or transfer their tickets to the new event date. Admin fees and payment charges will not be refunded.
4. Communication: Organisers are expected to maintain open and clear communication with attendees and the Lybertine team. This includes promptly responding to inquiries and providing necessary information to resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Compliance: Organisers must ensure their events comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines. Lybertine reserves the right to remove any event that is found to be in violation of these terms.
